The course is offered and certified by CUTS Institute of Regulation and Competition (CIRC), a pioneer in research and capacity building in the field of competition law in India. No university, government authority or any other third party is affiliated with this course.
Applicant must have completed 10+2 from any recognised board. Overseas candidates applying for the course should have graduated from a recognized university. Regarding the recognition status of the foreign university, the student should produce the relevant document/declaration along with his application.
The applicant should also be comfortable with English and have access to a computer.
The fee is payable through online payment method or via cheque, as specified in the online registration form.
The course shall start from the day you enrol in the course and extend for a duration of 8 weeks. The students will have access to the study material on the online learning management system. The study materials cannot be downloaded or printed. To stay updated with the latest developments, we strongly recommend that you study from online materials. To earn the certificate, you are required to take the online exam at the end of the course. The online exam will be in the form of MCQs and can be taken at any date and time at your convenience within the timeline of the course.
