If you fail or do not take the text on the scheduled date and time, you can take the test on the next announced date and time. If you get an ‘F’ grade in the second attempt, as well, due to non-appearance or obtaining less than 40%, you will have to retake the exam with the next batch after the deposition of a re-sit fee of INR 5,000.

The course fee for Indian students is INR 25000 and for overseas applicants $ 500.

No, the lectures are pre-recorded and there is no provision of a live demo class.

The assignments have a set deadline, while online exam will be scheduled at a specific date and time.

You will have to pay a re-submission fee of INR 1000 online and submit the assignment before the next announced deadline.

Any instructions and announcements will be intimated to student via emails. Announcements will also be posted on LMS.

While going through the course reading material, click on each Module to find out the sub-units to check if the topic you are desirous of learning has been included in the module.

The course shall start from the day you enrol in the course and extend for a duration of 6 months. The students will have access to the study material and the video lectures on the online learning management system. The study materials cannot be downloaded or printed. To stay updated with the latest developments, we strongly recommend that you study from online materials.
The course will have 1 assignment to be completed within a set deadline which will be evaluated. The online exam will be in the form of MCQs and will have to be taken at the scheduled date and time.

The fee is payable through online payment method or via cheque, as specified in the online registration form.

Applicant must have completed 10+2 from any recognised board. Overseas candidates applying for the course should have graduated from a recognized university. Regarding the recognition status of the foreign university, the student should produce the relevant document/declaration along with his application.

The applicant should also be comfortable with English and have access to a computer.

The course is offered and certified by CUTS Institute of Regulation and Competition (CIRC), a pioneer in research and capacity building in the field of competition law in India. No university, government authority or any other third party is affiliated with this course.
